Security
Project contracts, safety records, and financial data are sensitive. LRWA Hub is built so that access is enforced at the database level — not just hidden behind a login page. Every piece of data is scoped to the right person, from day one.
Supabase RLS policies enforce access at the database level — not just in application code. Crew members see only their assigned jobs. Clients see only their own project data. Admins see everything.
Admin, crew, and client roles are enforced across every page and API. A field hand logging timesheets cannot see invoices. A client checking their project cannot see pricing or other clients.
Authentication is handled entirely by Supabase's managed auth service. Passwords are never stored in your database — only secure hashed tokens managed by a dedicated auth layer.
The database runs in Supabase's ap-southeast-2 region (Sydney). Your operational data — job files, safety documents, invoices — stays in Australia.
Ease of use
LRWA Hub was designed from the ground up for people who aren't sitting at a desk all day. Crew on site can log what they need in seconds. Office staff get the information they need without chasing anyone. No training course required.
