Together they bring practical experience across branding, websites, business systems, education, digital strategy and workflow improvement — working directly with Australian businesses from our base on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

He leads the technical and strategic direction of every project from concept through to launch.
Maria brings a unique combination of engineering, project management, communication, and problem-solving to Mica Design. She works closely with clients to understand their processes, challenges, and goals, then helps translate those conversations into clear project direction and software requirements.
