Mica Design is proposing two things: a website that converts, and a dedicated buyer management platform built around how Empire actually operates.
From first enquiry through to settlement keys — a centralised system that keeps Andrew, Natalina, and every active buyer on the same page, without the admin overhead.
The proposal
A better website and a smarter back-end aren't separate projects — they're two halves of the same thing. The site generates the leads. The platform handles them properly. Together, they change what it's like to run a buyer agency.
A modern, conversion-focused website that positions Empire as the authority buyers agency on the Gold Coast and NSW. Better SEO, better lead capture, better first impressions.
An internal platform for managing every active buyer — from pipeline visibility and property shortlist delivery, through to document collection and settlement. With a client-facing portal buyers can access directly.
Website
The current Empire website communicates what you do — but it doesn't do enough to convert a high-intent buyer into an enquiry. Mica Design would rebuild this from the ground up: stronger brand presence, smarter structure, and a site that actively works to grow the business.
A redesigned homepage that leads with authority, social proof, and a clear value proposition — positioning Empire as the buyer's choice in Gold Coast and NSW markets.
Structured enquiry forms by buyer type — first-home, investor, SMSF, interstate, expat — so every lead arrives pre-qualified, with the right information to respond quickly.
Dedicated pages for each service area and buyer type — full-service buying, negotiation-only, auction bidding, off-market — built to rank for high-intent local searches.
Testimonials, results, and case studies presented in a way that builds confidence — with Andrew and Natalina's story told clearly, and the process explained step by step.
What the current site is missing
The existing site has the right information but lacks a clear buyer journey — there's no defined process walkthrough, no social proof architecture, and the enquiry flow doesn't pre-qualify leads by buyer type. A redesign solves all three while modernising the visual presence to match the quality of service you already deliver.
Buyer Dashboard
Right now, managing active buyers means juggling email threads, shared folders, and spreadsheets across Gold Coast and NSW. This dashboard brings it all into one controlled system — built specifically around how a buyer's agency actually works, not retrofitted from a generic CRM.
Every active buyer sits on a visual pipeline board — from initial enquiry through strategy call, active search, shortlisting, offers, and settlement. Andrew and Natalina can see the full picture instantly, without opening a single spreadsheet.

A Kanban-style view of every buyer across key stages — enquiry, strategy call, searching, shortlist, due diligence, under offer, and settled. Clear at a glance.
Send curated property shortlists directly through the platform. Buyers receive a clean, branded view of each property — with notes, due diligence flags, and your recommendation.
A structured checklist for each buyer — ID, pre-approval, solicitor details, SMSF trust deeds. Track what has been received and what's still outstanding, per buyer.
Log every property offer, result, and negotiation note. Keep a full record of what was offered, when, and the outcome — especially useful for auction campaigns.
Buyers log in with their email and see a clean, read-only view of their search progress, shortlisted properties, document status, and upcoming steps — keeping them informed without a phone call.
See how many buyers are active, how many properties are under review, and how many deals have settled — broken down by service type, state, and time period.
Client Portal
Buyers don't need to chase you for updates — they can check in themselves. The client portal gives each buyer a clean, read-only view of exactly where things stand. It reduces check-in calls, builds trust, and positions Empire as a technology-forward agency.
Search progress
Buyers see their current stage, what's been done, and what's coming next — without a phone call.
Shortlisted properties
Properties shared through the platform appear in the buyer's portal — with your notes and due diligence summary.
Document status
Buyers can see which documents have been received and what's still needed — reducing back-and-forth.
Offer updates
Any offer outcomes or negotiation updates are visible to the buyer in real time.

The client portal uses secure magic-link authentication — buyers receive an email link to access their personal view. No username or password required. Access is scoped at the database level, so each buyer can only see their own data.
Platform
Every technology choice is made for long-term reliability — not trend-chasing. The platform runs on the same stack that powers some of Australia's fastest-growing digital businesses, with no proprietary lock-in and full data portability.
Next steps
This proposal covers the full scope of what Mica Design would build — both tracks can be delivered together or started with the website first. Either way, let's find the right approach for Empire.
